This is the End User License Agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is a legal agreement between you ("LICENSEE"), the end-user, and Semargl Company ("SEMARGL") for the use of the "SemTop!" software product ("SOFTWARE").

This is the End User License Agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is a legal agreement between you ("LICENSEE"), the end-user, and Semargl Company ("SEMARGL") for the use of the "SemTop!" software product ("SOFTWARE").

By using this Software or storing this program on a computer hard drive (or other media), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement delete the Software from all storage media.

You may install this Software to test and evaluate (during 30 days TRIAL period). If it suits your needs and you wish to continue using Software, after the trial period has ended, you have to purchase the Registered version.

You accept responsibility for any network usage costs or any other costs incurred by using this Software.

YOU MAY NOT ALTER THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY, INCLUDING CHANGING OR REMOVING ANY MESSAGES OR WINDOWS. YOU MAY NOT DECOMPILE, REVERSE ENGINEER, DISASSEMBLE OR OTHERWISE REDUCE THIS SOFTWARE TO A HUMAN PERCEIVABLE FORM. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, RENT OR RESELL FOR PROFIT THIS SOFTWARE, OR CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS BASED UPON THIS SOFTWARE.

Unclear on price

I needed a program that would make a browser with my to do list remain "always on top" so that I can work alongside it. Semtop achieves this for me very simply without adding in a lot of other features which I don't need. I found that quite handy.

The problem I have with it is that I didn't get a clear indication on download whether or not I can use it for free, whether I need to pay for it, or is there a trial period. It wasn't made clear. As it turns out you can use it for free. For how long? I don't know, but it does pop up an alert box every few hours to tell you that you need to register, which does cost money. Is it worth $14? I personally think that's overkill for such a simple product.
